How it works
Upload up to 20 photos of the birthday person and type a message such as "Happy 30th Birthday, Maya!". It opens the video as a 3 second title card.
Pick the format (9:16 for phones, 16:9 or 1:1) and the music. Classic mode adds a slow pan and zoom to each photo and joins them with crossfades. AI motion turns each photo into a 5 second clip instead.

Making a birthday video people watch to the end
Pick 5 to 10 photos: that is 20 to 40 seconds. Start with a clear, happy portrait and end on a strong recent photo. Keep the message short so it reads in 3 seconds, for example the name and the age.
Choose 9:16 for WhatsApp, Stories and Reels, and 16:9 if the video will play on a TV at the party.
Classic or AI motion
Classic mode moves the camera slowly over each still photo. It is free, quick and predictable. AI motion sends each photo to the Grok Imagine 1.5 Lite video model, which turns it into a 5 second clip where people and things move a little. It costs credits, and results vary from photo to photo.

How long is the video?
Each photo shows for 4 seconds, plus 3 seconds for the title card, minus a short overlap at each crossfade. 5 photos make about 21 seconds and 10 photos about 41 seconds.
What does Classic mode do?
Classic mode is free with no account: each photo is shown for 4 seconds with a slow pan and zoom, joined with crossfades, over a track from our music library, as a 1080p MP4. You can make 5 Classic videos an hour. An optional title card with your text opens the video for 3 seconds.
Does the video have a watermark?
Classic videos have no watermark. AI motion clips made with the free trial credits carry a small "Made with Ziztu" watermark; paid plans do not.
Can I use my own music?
Not in this tool. Pick one of our tracks or no music, then add your own audio in any video editor after you download.
Are my photos stored?
In Classic mode your photos stay on our server only while the video is made: the photos and the video are deleted when you download it, or within an hour. In AI motion mode each photo is uploaded, deleted from our server within 24 hours, and sent to our AI provider, fal, which keeps its own copy under its own retention rules.
What does AI motion cost?
About 40 credits per photo (Grok Imagine 1.5 Lite, 5 seconds at 720P), for up to 12 photos. You see the total and confirm before anything starts. AI motion needs a free account.
