These terms are the agreement between you and Ziztu (getziztu.com) for using the studio, the tools and the website. By creating an account or using Ziztu, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
Who can use Ziztu
You must be at least 18, or at least 13 with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you use Ziztu for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
Credits, plans and payments
- Generating images, video, music and voice uses credits. The price in credits is shown before you start.
- Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid in advance through Stripe. Plan credits reset each month. Credit packs you buy separately do not expire while your account is open.
- If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
- You can cancel any time from Account and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- We may change prices. A change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.
Free trial
New accounts get 40 free credits after verifying their email. Trial results are 480p and carry a small watermark. One trial per person. We may cancel trials that are created to get around this limit.
What you may not do
- Create or upload anything illegal.
- Create sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Create sexual or nude images of real people, or any content that shows a real person doing or saying something they did not do or say without their consent. This includes fake endorsements and impersonation.
- Upload photos of people unless you have their consent and the right to use the photo.
- Harass, threaten or promote hatred against anyone.
- Infringe other people's copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around its limits or resell access to it.
We may refuse a generation, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. As far as the law and our model providers' terms allow, you own the results you create. You give us permission to store, process and show your content only as needed to run Ziztu for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI results can resemble other people's results or existing works. Before you use a result commercially, check that you have the rights you need.
AI results
AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect results. Review results before you use them, and label AI-generated content where a platform or the law requires it.
Changes to the service
We keep improving Ziztu, so features, models and limits can change. Models run by third parties can be unavailable at times. We provide the service as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error free.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Ziztu at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as ownership and limits of liability, continue after that.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update this page and the date below. For important changes we will email account holders before they take effect. If you keep using Ziztu after that, you accept the new terms.
