How it works

1

Upload a product photo and describe the product, the offer and who you are targeting. The more specific the audience, the better the hook.

2

Pick the platform and the aspect ratio. Captions are placed above the bottom area that the platform covers with its own buttons.

3

The AI writes the script, GPT Image 2.5 places your product in three keyframes, H3 Max Turbo animates each one, and the shots are cut with a voiceover, music and captions into one MP4. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

Writing a better video ad prompt

The AI reads your prompt to write the hook, demo and CTA. A good prompt has three parts: what the product does (specific, not general), what the offer is (percentage off, free trial, bonus), and who the audience is (job, interest, age or situation).

Weak: "good headphones for work". Strong: "noise-cancelling headphones that cut ambient sound by 40 dB, 30% off this week, for remote workers who take video calls in busy homes". The stronger prompt gives the AI enough detail to write a hook that speaks directly to the audience's problem.

Platform safe zones and captions

Each platform reserves parts of the screen for its own interface. On TikTok, the bottom of a 9:16 video is covered by the caption bar, profile icon and like/comment buttons. On Instagram Reels, the bottom is similar. On YouTube, the lower third can be covered by the skip button on pre-roll ads.

The captions are placed above the bottom area for the platform you choose. If you download the MP4 and upload it to a different platform, check that the text is still visible in that platform's interface before running the campaign.

AI-generated ad rules

Three rules apply to every AI-generated video ad created on Ziztu:

  1. The AI-generated label is on by default. Turn it off only if you have confirmed that your campaign is not subject to the EU AI Act labeling requirement and that the platform you are running on does not require disclosure.
  2. AI actors in ads must not be presented as real customers, users or endorsers. FTC guidelines prohibit this. The generator does not produce testimonial-style ads.
  3. The tag is drawn on the video, not stored in the file data. Also turn on the AI disclosure in your ad manager when you upload.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI video ad maker?

An AI video ad maker takes a product photo or description and generates a complete short video ad. The AI writes a script with a hook, product demo, offer and CTA, then generates video clips from your photo using an image-to-video model. The result is an MP4 you can upload directly to Meta, TikTok or YouTube Ads.

Which platforms does it support?

Pick one of four shapes before you generate: 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Stories; 1:1 and 4:5 for Facebook and Instagram Feed; 16:9 for YouTube. One run makes one ratio. Captions sit above the bottom area that the platform covers with its own buttons.

What kind of product photo works best?

A clear photo of the product on a plain background. The image model keeps more of the product's shape and colors when it can see them well. Small printed text on the product may not survive exactly, so check the result before you run it.

How long is the output video?

15 seconds: three 5 second shots for the hook, the demo, and the offer with the call to action. One run makes one MP4 in the ratio you pick, with one hook: three 5 second shots (hook, demo, offer and call to action), a voiceover, a music bed, on-screen captions and an optional "Made with AI" tag. The video is 480 px on its short side (for example 480 x 854 for 9:16).

Does the output need an AI disclosure label?

Yes, for most platforms and regions. The EU AI Act (effective August 2026) requires labeling for AI-generated content that could mislead. Meta and TikTok both have their own AI disclosure requirements in their ad manager. The AI-generated label option is on by default and adds a visible "Made with AI" tag to the video. Check your platform's ad policies before running the campaign.

How much do credits cost?

One 15 second ad costs 148 credits: 3 keyframes (GPT Image 2.5), three 5 second clips (H3 Max Turbo at 480P), a voiceover (ElevenLabs) and a music bed (Lyria). New accounts get 40 free trial credits, which is not enough for one ad, so an ad needs a plan or a credit top up.

Can I test different hooks?

Each run makes one ad with one hook. To test angles, run it again with a different prompt, for example one that leads with the problem and one that leads with the offer. Each run is priced on the button before you start.

About 148 credits per use. New accounts get 40 free trial credits (480p video, watermarked). One use here needs more than that. See plans and pricing for more detail.
